Wood guardrail systems request a special railing bracket with thread that install into the wood handrail. Compared with stainless steel railings, wood railing system usually require particular railing accessories to build it.

The wood bracket model 2464/2474 is designed based on a standard wall bracket, and the speicial part is that there is a cover plate outside the base plate. For example, the dimension of the base plate is 68mm, which request the cover plate to be 70mm with 1.5mm wall thickness. The 70mm cover plate performaces a decoration function on the wood railings.

The other speicial part of the wood bracket is, there is a 12mm thread bar at the connection area of the wood tubes. This is the major diffferene for a wood bracket against the normal steel bracket.
