A business meeting with Saint Gobain on Dec 9th,2019, soon our new product will be distributed by the largest building material shop in Scandinavia. It is just at the beginning, and a larger market is developing on the way --- We are looking forward to build more business with other Saint Gobain branches in Europe.
During chatting with Saint Gobain, they told us that certificates have been necessary to their market, and so to more and more other professional brands. We are glad we started doing this very early.
Raising Inox have two important product lines for railings and balustrade:
- Stainless steel handrail fittings, glass clamps, balustrade components, posts and balusters.
- Aluminum base track systems(0.74kN/1.5kN)
For the stainless steel product line, we are holding the CE certificate approved by TUV Rheinland since 2015. The first year CE certificate took 6 months and 18500 Pounds for engineers from TUV Germany to check our production facility. In order to keep our CE certificate valid, we need to pay TUVfor their factory audit every year --- by Chinese engineers from TUV Great China.
When it comes to the test of our aluminum base track systems, for each test, it takes about 2 hours from assembling the base track system on the testing platform to carry on the load test, and 1 hour to produce a PDF test report. But behind our tests we spend a lot of time studying the difference between British standard(BS6180-2011), EU standard(EN ISO14122-3) and other standards, but we mainly focus on BS6180 and EU standard.
For the latest a adjustable balustrade system, we spent years and costs on design and test, and furthermore the International Design Patent from SIPO(China), EUIPO(Europe), CIPO(Canada), IP Australia.
Raising are faith in the fruitful cooperations in the soon future, and sincerely welcome to more partners joining us!
